Orders
Once you've placed your order with us online, an order confirmation screen will appear with your order number so you can relax knowing your order’s in the works.
You'll also receive a confirmation email within 15 to 30 minutes containing your order details. If it doesn’t show up, be sure to check your spam or junk folder since emails sometimes wander off like a missing sock in the laundry.
You can also confirm your order by logging into your Account and heading to the “Orders” section. If your order isn’t listed there, it’s possible something didn’t quite go to plan.
In that case, our online customer care team is here to help so reach out and we’ll get things sorted.
We know you’re eager to get your socks on as soon as possible! That’s why, once your order is submitted, our team is already pulling up their socks and getting things packed.
As such, we cannot make any amendments or cancellations, as your order is already in progress. For this reason, please ensure to double-check your order carefully before finalising your order with us.
If a different style, size or colour is needed, please place a brand-new order. If you wish to make a return once you receive your order, please request a return slip for a return or exchange. Please note, we don't offer postal exchanges for online orders.
If you’ve used or created an account to place your order, you can easily check your order status and history by logging in. Just click the person icon on the right-hand side of the page.
From there, you'll be able to view your order details, track its status, and even print a tax invoice if needed.
Unfortunately, we're unable to honor any promotional prices for orders where a promo code was missed or if the order was placed outside our sale period.
If this happens, we recommend placing a new order with the promo code applied and then returning the original full-price order in line with our returns policy. We're here to help if you have any questions!
Yes, we do offer gift cards! Available in various denominations to suit your budget, our gift cards are delivered electronically to your email within minutes of purchase.
That means even if you're shopping last minute, you'll have a thoughtful gift ready to send in no time.
Please note, our gift cards can only be used online. For our New Zealand customers, these vouchers are purchased in AUD, so we recommend shopping in the same currency for the best experience.

If you're having trouble using a promotional or coupon code, we recommend checking the terms and conditions to make sure all items in your cart are eligible.
Most of our codes only apply to full price items and cannot be used alongside any other sale or promotion. They are also single use only, so make sure the code has not already been redeemed.
If everything looks correct and the code still is not working, please reach out to our online customer service team. Let them know which product you are trying to purchase along with the error message you are seeing. They will be more than happy to look into it for you.
Just a friendly reminder, promo codes can only be applied at the shopping cart screen before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to apply the code afterward, so be sure to enter it before checking out.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide information regarding stock levels of items, incoming items, or the restocking of existing items. However, our website automatically updates when new stock becomes available for purchase. This is a good indicator of our stock availability. We also recommend signing up to our mailing list for future updates on stock and offers.

Delivery
Standard delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $50 AUD.
If your order falls below that, it's a flat rate of $9.95 for Aussie addresses and $9.95 for orders placed from New Zealand.
Need your socks in a hurry? Express shipping is available for Australian customers at a flat rate of $14.95.
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days for most metro and inner-regional areas (excluding WA). During busier times, like sales or seasonal rushes, things might take a little longer, but we’ll be working our socks off to get it to you.

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days of it being placed. During busy periods, like sale events or seasonal peaks, things may take a little longer while we work through high volumes — but rest assured, we’re pulling up our socks to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

NSW, ACT, SA and QLD: 3 to 7 business days
Regional Areas (East Coast): 3 to 7 business days
WA, NT and TAS: 3 to 12 business days
New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
Express Shipping

Please also take into consideration any delivery delays within the Australia Post network, which you can view by clicking here.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information with direct links to follow its journey. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update with Australia Post.
To keep things moving quickly, we may pack and send your order in multiple parcels. If that happens, we’ll include tracking for each package. We’ll do our best to have everything arrive together, but some parcels may land on your doorstep on different days.
You can track your order using the Australia Post website or App. By creating an account, you'll be able to keep up to date with your deliveries, redirect your order to a new or updated address, and add a safe place for your parcel to be left.
Returns
Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet our returns conditions. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.
We can only accept online returns for items purchased directly from Happy Socks Australia.
If you’ve bought Happy Socks from a third-party retailer like Myer or David Jones, your return will need to go through that store’s Returns Portal. Unfortunately, these items can’t be returned through the Happy Socks online store.
